From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed. I came in for a routine cleaning, and they didn’t rush a thing. Linh took real time to understand my dental history and explain the path forward. Meanwhile, Channa and Diana jumped in to solve my insurance issue on the spot: no card, barely any info, yet they handled it like investigators and relieved me of a headache before my appointment even started.

Then came the bigger surprise: I needed two crowns, something I thought would take weeks to schedule. Instead, they found a same-day solution with zero inconvenience nor delay! Dr. Core handled the procedure with unquestionable precision, explained every step, checked in constantly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Pain? Minimal. And thanks to her attention to detail and expertise, you could tell it was under control from the start.

This was only three days ago and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. I’ve never said that about dental work in my life, but this office earned it.

Similarly Blanca is almost always my dental hygienist when I visit and she is so wonderful!!! Blanca is so thorough and gives beyond excellent care and advice.

The dentists here are wonderful as well. I have had a few procedures at Ridgetop with different dentists and I always had a good experience. I have never experienced pain nor discomfort. Everyone goes above and beyond to make the patients feel comfortable, taken care of and respected.

I have experienced a bad dentist before in my life, so I came to Ridgetop traumatized, but I can genuinely say Ridgetop has treated me so well. I can’t recommend Ridgetop enough.

“Overall great experience. My Dental implant had come loose after 27 years... Unfortunately, my previous dentist tried to correct and stripped the screw. It at least stayed in for a few months, but then rapidly started coming loose. I decided to try somewhere else. I was recommended to this place because it's a dental and oral surgery location, and it was nice, clean, and quick to find an appointment. We had to take the tooth out so they could send the screw to a lab. The communication got a little lost in the shuffle, but it wasn't like work wasn't happening from the sound of it. After a few days, the lab determined the type of screw, and they delivered it right when they said, and the Dental Center had me come in at the same time to fit me in just before the thanksgiving break. All worked out great. Everyone there from the receptionist to back office to the hygienist and Dr. Ali were so friendly! Next up is the dentist visit once insurance will cover the 6 month visit. Only thing that is a bit confusing was they have two offices and rotate where they are. During this event they upgraded systems and at one point I was being told to call the other number by both locations... that was frustrating, but they told me for future reference you can text as well if you can't get through.“
