The construction team was incredibly precise and responsive, and the quality of the finished carpentry work is outstanding. They kept us apprised of where we stood on the schedule and finished on time. Their efforts to keep dust out of the rest of our home were very much appreciated.

“We hired structural repair and renovations to replace some footings on an addition to our house. We selected them from five contractors based on the price (middle of the pack) and the warranty on the work (best of the bunch). They started by drawing up detailed plans that included some additional suggestions for shoring up the structure that would be compliant with modern code requirements. Once we authorized the work they started promptly. The work crews were polite and communicative. My primary contact with the company was Pat, who was also communicative and answered all my questions or put me in touch with the engineers who could. The workers found some old termite damage necessitating additional repairs and the quote to fix it was very reasonable. “We started losing hope of building our dream home after talking to several builders in McLean/Bethesda/Potomac area and going through arch design and pricing until we met Botero Homes. Other architects/builders 1) were not getting our vision and 2) unable to design and price within our budget. He listened to us and understood our vision. He designed a beautiful contemporary home which fits all our needs and wish list. Mr. Naresh is a great listener and was extremely patient with the amount of changes we requested :).Mr. Ihab, Mr. Naresh and all Botero staff think and work from the customer standpoint. They understand that they are building the home for the customer ( which I didn't experience with other builders), they help and provide guidance but not pushy about home design and specs, they respect the process and everyone is patient with us. It is the positive culture that Mr. Ihab has built in his company and leads his team by example on a daily basis .
