The front desk has always been accommodating and helpful, offering product knowledge, greeting me by asking if I'd like tea or water and taking my coat if I had one with me. And I've had many spa services with Rhonda who has always been wonderful. I've had my hair done twice here (just a style), once with a new stylist, once with an experienced stylist. Wish I remembered their names, but both experiences were great and included the full experience (best hair wash - so relaxing).
9.2.25 update: Still seeing Rhonda! This is the 3rd location, and still can report the service is always impeccable from walking in to checking out. The new location is beautiful and inviting, as well.“
