“I have enjoyed this animal hospital for my black lab. I transferred from Vienna, which I also liked, but happen to like Reston more as pricing seems more fair. I also was able to experience their honesty when having to have teeth pulled. My dog has stayed with them in their kennel and it was a great experience. My only complaint is they don’t do weekends anymore.“

I honestly think my pigeon gets better medical care here than I would at any hospital!“

They do not push any treatment but make sure you understand the options available. Dr Jones himself was down on the floor with her while he did the examination, and let her hide under a chair while he checked her eyes and ears. “As a nurse, I was very pleased with the care given to my “boys”. I had my two cats neutered here, and I felt like they really took great care of them. They went above and beyond to make sure that their procedures went as smoothly as possible. The front desk even texted me an update on how my boys were doing which I thought was so nice, since I was worried about them. And Elise the vet tech was so informative and helpful. Highly recommend this place“

“Took in my spicy cat today and they were FABULOUS with him! They gave me meds to calm him and he was way more chill than I’ve ever seen him, so it wasn’t the worst vet experience he’s ever had. They even got him into a purrito, which I’ve never been able to do. Attaching a pic of my handsome guy with Charlotte as a cute purruito! They are genuinely a great team and I wouldn’t consider taking my cats anywhere else in town.“

“Had my 13 cat Mollie at the Hope clinic for ultrasound evaluation today. Unfortunately, they found through ultrasound Mollie has cancer and is terminal. Dr Sholes took care of her and she was outstanding. She was very kind and compassionate handling this delicate situation. The staff was excellent showing kindness and empathy for my difficult situation. If your animal needs emergency care this is the best clinic in the area as far as I am concerned. Thank you Dr. Sholes and all of the staff. You are the best!“

“My 12 and 1/2 year old German Shepherd was having issues with arthritis in her hind legs. Following an exam of the entire dog and discussion with me, Hunter Mill’s doctor gave my shepherd an injection of Librela that seems to have given my dog new life and energy. Her arthritis issues are greatly reduced. We highly recommend this veterinary clinic and Librela. My 12 1/2 year old dog can now play and enjoy life better than last week prior to the injection. I’m told that the positive effects should last for about 30 days. We will be back next month for another injection.“
