We switched to Weed Man this year after our neighbor recommended their service. To be honest, results have been mixed. HOWEVER, what's amazing is their senior techs and service manager. Things do happen, but their service manager Cassie is always responsive, and just today Weed Man expedited to send extremely-knowledgeable and professional Bill and Zach here to aerate and seed our yard to make sure our lawn will recover nicely this fall. They listened, inspected, and paid special attentions to the issues. Right people make a big difference! Thank you very much.Services: Grass seeding

I’m not sure why others are giving less than 5 stars. We live in Kincaid Forest and Have used WM for about 5 years now, and are nothing but satisfied. More recently (within the last two years), we’ve added on their pest control service and it has delivered, too. Not only that, but all of their field staff are extremely friendly and professional. Especially a gentleman by the name of Billy Haus (Marine Corps/Gulf War vet)who came out yesterday to aerate and seed or lawn…He was absolutely fantastic. The owner called me directly in response to my initial review and there was a misunderstanding regarding my last service and now we are on the same page.
