“Team arrived on time. The Service Manager, Dwight, lead the team doing attic work on a summer day.
Dryer vent ducting, installed by the builder wasn't installed properly to the roof cap vent. Also the insulation wrap around the duct had unraveled. Dwight, having done this repair work previously, did the repair of the ducting. Pictures of his work shows accomplishment of a highly professional job. This praise comes from a 75 year old with some experience.
Meanwhile, his team sprayed a salty water mixture onto to get rid of any mold on the attic wood which may have started growing due to the excess moisture and lent expelled into the attic because of the initially installed vent connection. This spray will also prevent future mold from getting started.
