“Team members I've met have been very friendly and explain what they see and their plan resolve the issues. We had them come out to take care of a raccoon that made its way into our attic. They provide a warranty as well which was utilized a few months later since another animal found/created a new entry point into our attic again. I wasn't able to identify the animal but they took me at my word for hearing noises and found a solution.If there is one knock against them it's that they likely won't be able to see you immediately. But if they could they'd probably be going out of business... I'm sure they have to prioritize more critical situations as well.“
