Great customer service and I appreciate that I get the same tech each visit - Mark knows what to treat, where the ‘trigger’ spots are (ants, wasps, etc) and remembers the important things (pets, bee allergies). I’ve never had any issues scheduling when we needed them to come back for a new bug sighting. Not sure what we’d do without them!
Brandon went above and beyond in looking for the source (access points) for the ants in our home. He placed bait and recommend sealing the access points. When I asked about hornet nests, he asked to see them and promptly removed them. Thankfully they were old inactive nests. He made recommendations regarding plant growth on the exterior of our home to reduce pests.
