Hassle Free Contracting LLC is a Class A Licensed Contractor and GAF Certified Roofing Contractor. They are a storm damage company that handles roof repair, roof replacement, and more. Customers had hail damage and the team came out right away, with a new roof installed the same week, including a lifetime warranty and choice of shingle color. One customer had a leak and needed a complete rebuild of a bathroom and kitchen. The team was incredible, kind, knowledgeable, and did an exquisite job. They were always on time and meticulous. The office team was fantastic, with Steve handling plumbing, electrical, and installation. Another customer had a really good experience, noting easy communication and a simple, stress-free process. The team showed up when they said they would and got the work done quickly without cutting corners. Customers have used the company multiple times for plumbing issues and roof replacements, finding them efficient, professional, friendly, and polite. The team includes Jojo, Steve, and Nate, who did a perfect job on several projects. Customers highly recommend them and would not use any other company.
Hassle Free Contracting called me back and Austin literally came to my house the same day I discovered a refrigerator leak and water damage to my floor.. The next morning he and his crew came to remove the wet flooring, wall and cabinet and set up their industrial dryers and dehumidifiers. Austin has a crew member for just about any task (and if he doesn't, he will find someone he has vetted and worked with) and when you call or text him he is super fast at getting back to you. In a fit of panic I had to find a contractor that was able to repair my house after a mitigation team was sent in to dismantle everything that was ruined after a leak. His team has been responsible for a complete rebuild of my bathroom and is soon to start work on my kitchen. Austin came out the very same day I called the company to build an estimate for my insurance company. His entire rebuild team has been incredible. They are kind, knowledgeable, and have done an absolutely exquisite job. They are always on time and meticulous about their work. The office team is also fantastic. I had hail damage to my roof and they came out right away and I had a new roof the same week with a lifetime warrant and I got to choose the color of the shingles. I highly recommend them!!!
