Best workout ever from the best trainer ever in tidewater. Anything you want or need to get you to your fitness goal is in the building. Outstanding atmosphere. Full of laughter and fun. So come one come all have yourself a ball and get fit too. Whether you need one on one or group Johnny Gee has you covered. See you there ??♂️?♂️
Had the best time, He will get you to your goals, and new body ody ody ody pictures coming soon...I drove a hour and a half to see him and it was worth the drive ...thank you again for the reality check...????
Great atmosphere!! I did a boot camp and I had so much fun and as a new comer, the owner as well as the other clients were so welcoming and nice. Also, I def sweated a lot and pushed myself in certain areas!
