I've been going to Ghent fit for 2 years now and I have really liked the staff and individual work out rooms. I have had a few trainers while being here and my current trainer, Alfonso, has been the best I've had so far.He is a terrific trainer and is so positive and uplifting! He helps motivate me, especially when I don't want to keep going and understands how to keep me on track for my goals. He really listens to my questions, and helps me better understand why we are doing certain movements and how each part of the work out it will benefit me in my unique fitness goals. Ghent fit was hands down the best decision I could've made for training. It is on the expensive side compared to other gym subscriptions, but this program legit works and has helped me stay consistent. I'm 4 months in, stronger than ever, and beyond grateful that I was matched with Alfonso.Alfonso is fantastic and he's taught me so much about muscles and form. He has also saved me from at least 8 workout related injuries. FYI - workouts are supposed to burn; not hurt.. lol I honestly didn't know.Thank you and I appreciate everyone for creating a fun and safe place to accomplish my healthy living/weight loss goals :)

I’ve been training with Savion Young from Ghent Fit since March 2023 and it has been fantastic. Savion is everything I wanted in a personal trainer. Not only is Savion cheers me on he also pushes me. If you are looking for a personal trainer, check out Ghent Fit. You won’t be disappointed.
