“He called us since our landlord called him, Aaron came out within 10 mins of the call. Our outside water spigot broke off and we had to turn off the water to the whole house last night. He capped it, said he could come by next week to replace the pipe, spigot, and add a turn off valve to it, for $125! No one else would come out til next week or so, and charged $89 or more to come out sooner under emergency services. My research said it would cost anywhere from $100-$500 for this. Since we accidentally broke it, landlord would not pay to repair it. So $125 is the best deal. So far so good!Finally we were not getting taken advantage of! He was also nice, and honest. We asked for a price on another kind of faucet, he said it would cost a lot more and could freeze. He could have said yes it's better in order to make more money, but he didn't. If you had a bad experience year's ago with him try again, maybe he was having a bad time. He came out years ago for our landlord to do plumbing work under our house and check a leak inside, At that time I felt he was in a bad mood, not friendly then, but that's not the case now. I chalk it up to maybe going through some personal stuff back then.We are going to update this review after he comes out and replaces everything too.
