I’m very hard on my body and I was having some numbness and tingling going down to my left arm snd hand / I’m sure there’s something Structurally wrong as I am not a young woman but I don’t believe in running to traditional medicine and starting the routine of therapy- injections - MRIs and then surgery - which is the typical route the medical community takes - so I thought I’d try something different this time.
I’ve only been to Chiro once before many years ago And with a few treatments I was better so I thought I’d give Dr. Lauterbauch a shot!
In two appointments I felt better the tingling has gone away and I’m on my way to improvement!
I still have to do some exercises of course - strengthening my muscles and paying attention to my sleeping posture – but Dr. Lauterbauch got me on my way in a short amount of time and I’m very grateful.
He was also very honest about what it was and I truly believe if it was something he couldn’t help with I would not have been treating forever he would’ve done the right thing with the referral!
I will be back in the future as I know he does acupuncture as well.
Dean and his family run a wonderful company! They are always dependable and so kind and caring! When I had an issue with yellow jackets, Dean came immediately and got rid of them. I recommend them above any other pest control company out there! They’re truly great people!
Todd was amazing. Very careful to go from easiest fix first then examine bigger issues. Mine was worn out receptacles and not a bad breaker. He was very thorough and easy to deal with. Great personality and knowledgeable. His rate was very reasonable. He also communicated about his arrival time and he showed up exactly, to the minute, when he promised.

Iris Helfrich was a Godsend! We were from out-of-state and had found listings for several houses we wanted to see at Lake Monticello. I’m not sure anyone enjoys having a filling replaced but having it done today was about as good as it can be. The whole practice operated efficiently and the work performed on the filling was done well. This remains the best dental practice I’ve used…bar none.

I called Fluvanna Plumbing Services a few weeks ago about a leak. He returned my call that same day, and drove a half-hour to my house the following morning to assess the problem and give me an estimate for replacing a rusted pipe. The estimate was straightforward, no-nonsense and very fair. He showed me the extent of the rust after the old pipe was removed, and I appreciated the time and care he took with installing the new one. He is trustworthy and he does a superb job. The doctor did a very comprehensive exam and provided me with answers to my questions, updated my prescription- it had been two years since I had seen an eye doctor- and at my request she fitted me with new contact lenses and glasses.
