“We engaged WINN for a significant renovation including a kitchen overhaul, carpentry, floors, electrical, venting, painting and built-ins throughout our house. We had a vision of what we wanted but worked well with their design team to get ideas and feedback. The project was challenged when our design coordinator left the firm late in the design phase, but they made sure the timeline was not impacted. The architectural team brought practical solutions to the plans considering how the house is structured and used. Our project manager, Conrad, was wonderful, being detail-oriented, flexible with details and ensuring subcontractors completed their work timely and accurately. When our hardwood floors were sanded and stained with the wrong color, they made sure the work was redone at the subcontractor's expense. Due to family issues, we needed to stay in the house throughout the renovation and Conrad made sure we only had to leave the house during the flooring work.“

“Mr. Faux painted our kitchen cabinets, and we are very happy with the results. After emailing some photos of our existing cabinets he sent us a quote within a day, no visit needed. The process went exactly as he said it would, and his workers were great. Even provided a free color consultation. Terrific communication throughout the process. After the work was completed, we needed a touchup due to damage we caused, and Mr. Faux restored the drawer face without charging us. Highly recommend.“

“Izzie and Suzanne at Designs by Skill were a wonderful resource for us when remodeling our old kitchen. Our cabinets were falling apart after 25 years of hard use, and we wanted something fresh and light. Skill Design had an extensive choice of cabinet colors. We eventually chose a mix of white upper cabinets and green base cabinets and are absolutely in love with the final look. It is light and airy and the cabinets themselves are much higher quality than we had previously. Skill Design has a stable of professional contractors they work with and took care of sending out request for bids to them. We couldn’t be more happy with their recommendation – the workmen showed up on time and worked hard every day on the layout and CAD specifications supplied by Skill.
