2.5 stars. I have really mixed thoughts on this. I hired Mr Jay Kim for a kitchen and bath remodel. Friends of mine were using him and seemed to be happy. I should have done my research. Over 3 months later the job was completed. The positives: 1. We like our kitchen and bathroom and generally the end result 2. Mr. Kim seemed to be friendly and mostly responsive to texts and calls 3. Work quality of the two crews (one for kitchen and one for bathroom) is solid 4. Estimates are lower than similar contractors/projects. 5. Kitchen crew was efficient and flexible in addressing problems. Negatives: 1. I felt ambushed a lot about the costs...and I worked hard to over communicate....read full review
