“Started seeing Bri last summer when we first got our second fur baby! And Cannot recommend enough her services in dog training and helping our pup out with impulse control and leash reactivity during walks. Every session was useful and personable. “Josh responded immediately to my last minute request for a mid morning weekday dog walker from Wed through the following Friday. Raymond came the next day. Raymond is a caring and gentle dog walker who genuinely likes dogs. He greeted our deaf senior guy every day and was great with our one-year old cav who took to him and readily left with Raymond who he had literally met 5 minutes earlier. The only note is that $25 for a 15 minute walk is more than almost all walkers on Rover who walk the dog minimally for 20 minutes charging from $14-$25. That said, Josh clearly has a well vetted team and i would call upon him again without hesitation.“

“Stephanie is the best puppy trainer! She helped us take our happy and wild puppy and turn him into a well mannered and adventurous puppy! She took him on many field trips, helped him learn to accept crate training, and how to properly walk on a leash. We would’ve been lost without her and Scout absolutely adores her. She is hands down the best trainer!“

“Mark has been our groomer for 4 years now, and we love him like family! He is so patient and caring with our fur baby, and she looks perfect after every groom. She hops in the car excitedly when I tell her we’re going to see Mark!
We had an issue with another groomer while Mark was out of the office for a few weeks, but the manager handled it with care and professionalism and was more than accommodating to resolve the situation, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. No one is perfect, but Olde Town Pet Resort and all of the staff is as close as you can get! The front desk staff is incredible too, and it’s obvious they have a love for their job and the clients, always welcoming and organized every time. 10 out of 5 stars, I can’t recommend them highly enough!“

My cat, Iris, is usually cautious, but she was completely comfortable here and immediately loved the doctor, the technician, and everyone she interacted with. They truly doted on her and treated her like their own — even sending us home with a thoughtful goodie bag, which absolutely made my day.

“We were able to board our pup of 4 years in very short notice. We could not be more grateful for Hometown to have availability for her to stay for almost a week. They were very accommodating, and had a schedule laid out to take care of her and take her on walks.
They were understanding of her nervousness, especially separation anxiety. When I called to check in on her, they responded with patience. They were supportive and honest on how she was doing.
It’s clear that she was well taken care of and treated with care during her stay!“

“I really appreciate cat-only clinics — the staff are always so attuned to feline needs and provide wonderful care. I’ve been taking my cat to NOVA Cat Clinic for three years and highly recommend it to other cat parents. The vets and techs are sensitive to my cat’s preferences, gentle during exams, and take time to explain everything clearly. When my cat shows signs of stress, they never push; instead, they suggest coming back another day for bloodwork if needed, which makes visits much more comfortable for all of us. The clinic itself is calm, clean, and clearly designed with cats’ comfort in mind. I’m so grateful to have such a compassionate and knowledgeable team caring for my cat.“

“We can't thank ABWC enough for the joy and hope they've given back to us and, most importantly, our dog. Dr. Engler has been great to work with, actively listening to our updates at each appointment and working with us to find a medication combination that works best for our anxious, on-leash reactive dog. We also recently started working with their trainer, Kayla, and she has changed the game for us -- clicker training has helped Benny in addition to his medication routine. Kayla has graciously walked us through every step, never pushing Benny to do more than he is able to handle in a single appointment, and encouraging us along the way. My only regret is we didn't come to ABWC first.“

“We take our dog here at least once a week for daycare and have also boarded her. She is always so excited to go play with her friends including the staff. The staff greet her by name. When we pick her up she has had so much fun that she doesn’t always want to come home. We feel safe leaving her there. We have been bringing our dog here for the last year and half.“

“Montrose Pet Hotel is the best! Wonderful facility, very clean, and super quick drop off and pick up! I boarded my dog for the weekend and she came back very happy! Since then I've done the doggy day care as well, and they are always great at accommodating my dog at the last minute. Love this place!“

“I cannot express enough how much I recommend Frolick!!! I initially was just going to the open gym in the evenings to practice agility and basic commands with my Bernedoodle , where I had met initially Kevin and Kim (the owners). Kevin is SUCH a wealth of knowledge about dogs and had given me initial tips to build on what my girl already knew, but the more we talked, I knew the day board and train would be the best option. IN COMES JUSTIN!! He has the Kevin touch as well. Everything looks effortless. He also was beyond patient with me ( I think I was harder to train than my dog tbh, but you’ll have to ask him). Now, I swear my girl loves Justin more than me (they really should love their trainers that much!), she loves “going to school” (which is what we call Frolick)- to the point she starts Panting when we get close by on Duke street.
The perfect mix of corrections and positive reinforcement, training the things I needed the most and was having the hardest time being consistent with (place, heel, recalls) and dealing with reactivity! GOD SENDS. If I have a question or concern,I don’t feel dumb asking or coming to Frolick to ask or practice. EVERYONE has noticed how much more relaxed both my pup and myself are now- that’s confidence from Justin. Frolick is truly a family and I wish I would have found them even sooner. I will be eternally grateful!!“

“The grooming department is excellent. I have never disliked a hair cut my dog has gotten here. Kathy is super friendly and tries to get to know your dog. As far as Veterinary care, it's great, but seems a bit expensive to me compared to some other places. I toured the boarding facility today and I will just say I highly recommend taking a tour of ANY boarding facility prior to leaving your dog overnight. While the employee who gave the tour could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable, this is not a place I would board my dog based on the look and feel of the boarding facilities. It was not bright, cheery, happy, or fun looking whatsoever. The opposite.“

“I came here after reading mixed reviews online, so I wasn’t fully sure what to expect. Honestly, the experience ended up being pretty good. My border collie was covered in mud after a weekend outdoors, and they managed to get him spotless without shaving his coat too short. There was about a twenty-minute delay at pickup because they were understaffed that day, but the front desk apologized and kept customers informed. My dog looked happy, smelled clean, and slept peacefully all evening afterward.“
