I can confidently say that in my 10 years of getting highlights, balayage, all-over color, Rachel is the best there is. I lived in Richmond, Delaware, Pennsylvania and NYC and I’ve truly have found no one better. I have naturally nearly black hair and Rachel does her highlights so perfectly that I have gone 6+ months (hello, pandemic) without seeing her and my grown out highlights still looked amazing!
