New to the Tiny Textures experience. I was very pleased with the customer service and salon service. My child is tender headed and cries alot when getting her hair done. This would make both of us dread doing her hair. Our stylist (Keema) was patient, kind and professional. We were the last appointment and she took the time to calm and reassure her, which I appreciated. Another plus is the shop and bathrooms were clean….The decor and layout are beautiful and functional. My tablet princess enjoyed all the little perks and touches, picked out her own beads and left a new little girl. Will definitely return

This shop is an ingenious idea. Tiny texture has changed the whole cornrow experience for my 7 year old grandson. He actually looks forward to going. Thank you to all the staff at Tony texture

Title: Excellent Service Experience!I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tiny Textures in Richmond, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The level of service provided was truly exceptional. The staff were not only skilled and professional but also incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Which is so important when servicing children.From the moment I walked in, I felt my daughter was well taken care of. The stylist paid close attention to her temperament. The end result exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be returning for future visits!
