I can confidently say that in my 10 years of getting highlights, balayage, all-over color, Rachel is the best there is. I lived in Richmond, Delaware, Pennsylvania and NYC and I’ve truly have found no one better. I have naturally nearly black hair and Rachel does her highlights so perfectly that I have gone 6+ months (hello, pandemic) without seeing her and my grown out highlights still looked amazing! “Listen!!! I am NEVER going anywhere else. The ladies here were very kind, professional and experts and took what they do seriously. I came in wanting knotless braids and they did an assessment on my hair and knew that if I proceeded with that look I would not be pleased. And they were right. Listening to them made the service here superb. They also encouraged breaks and made sure I was not in pain. I ended up getting the micro box braids and they are gonna last me a few months. Do not listen to the dissatisfied customers because I am sure they advised them otherwise and they wanted what they wanted against the stylist judgement.
