“I came here after a sudden hair emergency. My hair became severely matted post partum, and it became so damaged and weak. Joanna was so patient and supportive as she tried to untangle the mat. Out of all the salons I called, I felt a genuine kindness from her in this sudden and very upsetting episode. She was able to untangle it, but the existing damage that caused the mat in the first place was too great, and I ended up requesting a cut.

My hair is so smooth, soft, and bouncy now. I love it, and I am embracing my temporary and much needed short hair period. I will definitely return for a trim and hope to grow out my hair stronger than ever before.
