“Today I had the pleasure of working with Marlyn, she was absolutely fantastic!! This was first time coming to this establishment and she set the bar high. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered just that, she made sure I was comfortable, and was extremely friendly. She’s just an outstanding nail tech. I will definitely continue coming to see her. Now there was some flaws in the atmosphere which is why I can’t give a 5 star. During my pedicure which should be a relaxing moment, there was a nail tech Bella who continuously was stepping on my white shoes and when I asked her to please move my shoes she proceeded to say something in Spanish and started laughing, she would also grab my arm rest to get in and out of the chair that was beside me and on top of that she was laughing loudly in my ear the whole time. That is unprofessional and honestly had my blood boiling. I work in customer service and I could never imagine acting or treating a customer like that! She needs to be trained in customer service!“
