I have IIH, which makes my head hurt, heavy, and in the summer time, dangerously hot. So I arrived looking for someone to do an undercut, and I was terrified. “This was a first time for me using this salon. I was greeted warmly as I entered the facility by the reception lady. The salon is very clean, they offer coffee, water and teas. The other staff was also friendly. The only reason I give 4 star is that after my hair got washed the hair was still very wet and not properly tied up with a towel on my head and that caused my neck at the back to soak my top part of my jersey to become wet. I didn't think it was going to be a big deal till I washed the jersey and saw a bleach stain where it got wet. Anyway I just want this salon to see this feedback as a positive and just going forward secure wet hair properly with a towel so the clothes wont get wet or damaged with bleach. Thank you“

“I came here last week needing a haircut, so I booked an appointment with Brittany. I honestly went in nervous bc I've had some unsatisfactory visits in the past, but y'all, she did not disappoint!

Brittany is fun, very patient and helpful. She helped me come with a a cute new style to complement my chop! I haven't worn my hair's natural curls in years. I typically straighten my hair or just bun it up. Brittany was able to revitalize my curls & gave me tips on how to care for them. My hair feels much better and easier to manage, and after all the compliments I've received last week, I've decided that I'm going to stick with my curls for now. 🥰

The team working alongside Brittany is delightful as well. Her manager and coworkers were friendly and the salon convos flowed like an outing with friends.

I'm happy I finally made it to Ulta for some self-care. Thanks to Brittany, I'll definitely be back soon. 💗
