The dry cleaning is excellent! My concern is having to wait in a long line of cars for someone to come take my order. Is there not enough workers to cover the customers? Also, when I picked up my clothes, the young woman walked very slowly to my car. She had a flat personality style, and did not remember to bring me my receipt. Not so good for customer service.
On my first visit ever, I received an unexpected handwritten thank you note! In the digital world today it was very special ! Since then I take all of my clothes that need cleaning and the turn around time is so fast, generally same day, If you drop off early enough. The quality of cleaning is unmatched.
I loved the friendly attendant that greeted me so warmly and asked me if my day was going well and even asked if I needed a receipt. Wow! That made me feel terrific and I so appreciated the attentiveness. Not to mention my clothes looked so great!!! Thank you Puritan!
