“I used Friendship Vet for 3 years while living in Virginia. While the vet techs go above and beyond, and the main Vet is nice enough, the front desk receptionists are less than nice. It really doesn’t matter which one you speak to, they are incredibly short and very rude on the phone. When calling to make an appointment or asking for a refill on a prescription for my dog it’s like I’m inconveniencing them in their job. In person, they are nicer to your face, but after 3 years of dealing with them to make appointments and being met with a bad attitudes on the phone… it just gets old. However, the vet techs deserve all the praise and more! They are super kind, very attentive, and really listen to your concerns. I’d recommend this place solely based off of them.“

They've treated my animals with the utmost respect and love them like their own. Also, I was babysitting my son's cat who has diabetes. Dr. Capps was able to attach a blood glucose monitor on his back so I could keep track of his daily blood sugar levels and use the proper amount of insulin. Dr. Capps reviewed the daily glucose graphs and gave advice for his care each day.“

“We have been talking our digs here since day one after researching local vets. Available to milliary, this vet is great to deal with. The cost is lower than vets in town, and they take our USAA pet insurance. The staff are easy to deal with and are willing to work with you if you can't exactly meet the appointment time. Lab results that weren't required to be sent to another facility came back 2 hours after they were collected, which was amazing.“
