I came into Hello Sugar for a wax. The QR code app process is a little tricky because it tried to send me to a different location. But I called was able to speak with a real person to sort out the details and then had amazing service from Anna in the Norfolk location! I became a member because it makes sense and I will definitely be coming back to add on more services.

I absolutely love it here. The aesthetics and atmosphere are top-notch. As a suite owner, I’m truly happy to welcome my clients into such a peaceful and inviting environment. The management is amazing; Lindsey and Ashley genuinely care for us, and it shows. My suitemates are wonderful as well; we get along so well. The space is very friendly and homey, yet extremely classy and professional. This truly feels like my second home.

I booked an appointment online with Rachel. Very clean and organized saline. Friendly stylists and good conversations. Rachel added highlights to my dark brown hair, and she also cut it. I am very happy with the results, and I’ll be back in a few weeks!
