I had an appt back in Oct 21 with the pelvic floor therapist. The first appt was fine. When I returned for my second visit I was introduced to some new exercises. While doing them I didn't feel what I was supposed to feel while practicing. I asked the therapist what the problem might be and she interrupted her conversion with a co-worker long enough to tell me she didn't know. Then she terminated the session early and told me she would give me the exercises to practice at home. Needless to say I haven't been back. I see no need wasting money on a disinterested individual.

My mother has been going here periodically for several years. The therapy is excellent. The therapists are knowledgeable and friendly. They are a bit agressive in their therapy. However, they will make adjustments upon the patient's request. There was a time when a receptionist was not friendly and very curt. But, she is no longer there. The receptionists that are there now are friendly and welcoming.

OMG!!! If you value your time and really value your privacy, then you should definitely NOT come here. This place takes the cake and the plate when it comes to the worst customer service and lack of professionalism for any business. I recently have needed physical therapy and heard a friend of mine mention this location. So after visiting and watching the staff shout at each other, treat those staff members who actually try to help you like incompetent slaves and the actual healthcare providers (physical therapist Steve) routinely VIOLATE HIPAA and leave PHI out on the front counter in plain sight, I nearly collapsed.
