Great service, yes they did answer the phone but it’s due short staffing. The masseuse was apologetic had a great spirit. Most of you complainers should visit one of those huge chain companies. I’m from Atlanta and visit VA Beach for work….fly into Norfolk and visiting this place is a must for the price. Will re-visit and recommend.#ThumbsUp
Massage was the best, the only problem they keep stopping your massage to answer the door and/or answer the phone and leave the door open. Hopefully no one walks by and sees my mostly naked body. Messes up the vibe and relaxation. I have been here several times (like I said massages are great) and had the same experience.
