I love the welcoming atmosphere along with the friendly, knowledgeable staff. I am one of the volunteers with Lil Roar Cat Rescue at the adoption center inside of Petsmart. The management and staff are very supportive and helpful with our kitties. We are all so happy to have such a great relationship with Petsmart and the best customers and adopters ever. A special thank you to all of the wonderful customers who donate much of the food and treats that Little Roar cats enjoy every day!

Honestly, this is the ONLY pet smart I’ve ever seen who has bioactive setups and separate most of the reptiles. If you have any concerns about a reptile/invert/ or bird they will take their time to make sure you worries are gone. They also ask what the fish will be for (feeders or pets) along with making sure your tank for the fish is adequately set up before you purchase the fish. Out of every petsmart and petco in thec757 this one’s by far the best!

Big shout out to Cristina in the grooming dept! She saw my 2 cats for nail clipping, but because my long haired fella, Puck, was a bit anxious, she devised a plan to get him thru a sani cut, belly trim, mat removal and waterless shampoo. Cristina was so gentle and reassuring with him. Normally, when he comes home from the groomer or vet, he hides. Not tonight! He's strutting around like a show cat. Thank you, Cristina!
