I’ve been taking my dog here for the past almost 3 years. We typically stick to our routined groomer but this last time I’ve had to get him groomed with another associate. I got the same results and came home with a happy dog! The ladies in the shop are not only friendly but try to help as much as possible to achieve the look you have planned out for your dog. They’re the nicest people who really do care about your animal!
I cannot say enough good things about the groomers here! They have taken amazing care of my cat and truly treat him like he is one of their own. He absolutely hates getting his nails trimmed and is nervous around new people, but he does really well with the groomers here. I don’t know how they do it, but he stays surprisingly calm when they are taking care of him and just lets them do their thing. They’re always so patient and gentle, always talking to him and giving him lots of love and attention. It's a good sized store, very well stocked w food, treats, cages, things to decorate the cages, toys, collars, coats etc. The guy at the register was friendly and happy w his job. I work retail. That says a lot about the management.
