I was really hoping to be proven wrong when my property management company gave Gary nothing but high marks, but I should have been more skeptical given the dozens of one-star reviews seen here. Gary's team ignored a bump in the sub-floor. They decided to cover it up instead of recognizing the problem right away. Instead, they waited for the tenant to find it. After the tenant found it, they ended up taking up the boards, repairing the sub-floor and reinstalling the flooring. Do it once, do it right...do it with another flooring company.
Gary had put flooring in several homes for us. His prices are always great and his install team was on time and did a great job. He just did two separate houses for us in one day and we were thrilled with the results.
