Over a span of 12 years I have seen more than a half dozen physical therapists for ongoing issues. This is the FIRST time I felt really heard by a provider. The kindness, listening not to just respond but hear your issues (all of them) and not giving you basic cookie cutter workouts and sending you on your way. You know when you walk into a new place, a bit tense, not knowing what to expect? I entered this therapy…my shoulders dropped, my heartbeat calmed, a sense of I know I will be well taken care of came over me. You can feel the positive energy. Thoughtful design from the colors scheme to the restroom door handles that indicates vacancy or occupied! The staff is seamless, knowledgeable and warm. If you are lucky enough to have them take care of you…you are truly lucky enough! Treat yourself…your body will thank you.
