My appointment was on Saturday, June 13th at 11:30am at the Janaf Center location in Norfolk, VA. My stylist name was Queenie.
I was transitioning from natural hair locs. to cutting them all off due to severe alopecia at the crown area of my head. Of course, I was nervous.
Queenie reassured me that everything was going to be o.k. and that I was in good hands.
I turned around in looked in the mirror after she was finished and I smiled so hard. I was so happy and felt a huge feeling of relief.
Queenie did an AWESOME job! She has a new customer.

Arrive before 6:30, red hair lady she is awesome and kindness, professional skill and really did a good hair for me. She do a shadow fade on my side and perm on the top, would give 9/10 ( only thing might be have a drink or tea would be great haha) Really recommend to come get a hair cut!!!

Called for a last minute appt on a Saturday. Tyisha was extremely accommodating and added needed luster to my girlfriend’s hair. I will certainly return to this location for service. Thanks so much
