Kathryn did a great job as usual! Facility is always clean and bright, price is right and check in and out is fast and easy. The online booking is right on track and accurate. Even rescheduling is a breeze! Not easy to make me look good but Kathryn gets it done every time. Thanks ?

i go to school in the area and needed a hair cut i haven’t gotten one in a year. i wanted light layers and volume. sade was gentle and very kind she took her time and didn’t cut too much off. i ended up loving the result. thank you

I moved to Norfolk a few months ago and desperately needed my hair cut. I last minute decided to also get my first ever Balayage too (first time I have ever had my hair dyed). I booked an appointment with Sade. She thoroughly described the prices of everything beforehand to me. She was so friendly, detail-oriented, and meticulous. I was there for a couple of hours and the process never felt rushed at all, like I have frequently experienced at other hair salons. I never felt in the dark about what she was doing with my hair.
