So I had to leave this review. I’ve been looking for someone to do my locs. The lady that started them her shop closed and I couldn’t find her anymore. I’m funny about my hair and I’m big on energy. I prayed and asked god to send me to a good spirited person who can fix this crown. When I tell you Melissa got a girl RIGHT she did just that. She was nice, friendly and sweet and took her time. My experience with her was great. Da Notty roots has gained a new customer and Melissa thank you so much I am a very satisfied customer. 👌🏽❤️❤️

I’ve been coming to this salon for 5+ years and one thing for sure and two things for certain Melissa gets me right every single time. I’m very particular about who hands I allow in my hair and she is definitely the right person for the job. Her shampoo is extraordinary, a true spa experience. I say she has magic hands. She is truly a gem. She is also a great conversationalist and her spirit is like no other. So to Denise and the whole knotty roots family thank you!!
