We recently had an HVAC (gas heat & a/c) unit installed by Tommy Garner A/C and they did a great job! They promptly came out for the service call, their estimator did a great job of explaining our options, their technicians and scheduler were wonderful! The technicians cleaned up after themselves and communicated to us well during the install. We highly recommend this contractor.
Tyler had several theories for the sporadic pattern our ac unit was demonstrating, he kept at it until he narrowed it down to the highest fan speed on the blower had failed. He set it up to run on the remaining 4 speeds which avoided having to but an expensive blower at this time. He did a very good job at troubleshooting and kept us informed as things progressed
