the office staff needs to up their game with the patients. It's not easy to get appointments right away. I would of gave a 5 star rating on the Dr Clanton and the Nurse practitioner. exceptional.
So, one thing I learned about doctor offices, it is what you make it. Ive been with this practice for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say it has been the best experience Ive ever dealt with. As for the staff, EVERY single time I come in, they are extremely friendly and very helpful. Im also a very friendly person so word of advice come in friendly, they deal with so many individuals that are probably rude so they work hard to keep their professionalism. Love the front desk staff. NP Rosalind Green is the best. I feel she really listens to me and understands my concerns. She doesn’t make me feel like what I’m going through is all in my head but she tries to work with me. I take her medical advice more easily because of this. Bathrooms are super clean here too.
