I started coming a few weeks ago and in that short time, I am walking and moving better than I did when I was a teenager and I am in my mid forties You definitely get out what you put in, but they make it so much easier to put in the effort when they walk you through the process and encourage you to take care of yourself! Being a person of size, I tend to be sensitive about my weight, but they are not judgy or pushy, just kind and helpful!I have mostly worked with Tyler, but Darren has come in and assisted me a well.
