Customers appreciate the genuine courtesy and would recommend the company to anybody trying to fix their credit or in need of a loan, especially a consolidation loan.
The place is a safe place to walk to, and it's near a subway restaurant if you're up for lunch. It's close to a few places you can go to for some time to relax too, like 2nd and Charles plus Subway, McDonald's, CVS, and even a bar.
Liz gave great customer service and was very efficient. I would recommend to anybody that is trying to fix their credit. She took her time and did more than she had to do and I truly appreciate it!!
First of all.... The process was extremely effortless! I literally started the application process online and within minutes someone from the office was calling me to get the rest of my information and process the loan request. Everything was explained to me so that I fully understood and wasn't blind sided by any surprises. I work ALOT and was still able to send over all my necessary paperwork electronically without being TIED to the phone. The money was in my account the very next day! And you even have the option to return the funds in the event you don't need them within 7 days without having to pay any interest!!!! I would recommend OneMain Financial to anyone and everyone!
