I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff that works at the Lendmark 12551 Jefferson Ave office. My loan specialist was Joselyn and not only was she amazing to talk to but the efficiency and professionalism was through the roof. For the folks that say these people are a nightmare to work with, you might want to look in the mirror and decide who is actually the person being difficult. Treat others as you would want to be treated. I can only imagine how often this staff has to deal with people like that, and to carry on with a smile on their faces, is a pleasure to see. Thank you again to the entire staff at this location, specifically Joselyn.
I love these guys/gals! They are quick, professional, friendly and were concerned about my request! The Manager even had me check my account while on the phone with him after approval and FUNDS WERE ALREADY IN MY ACCOUNT before even hanging up with them! They are my go to lender when I’m in a pinch! This will certainly help me meet my payroll budget upcoming! Thanks to Joselyn and her manager!! Blessings to This office!
My mother went through these people and I was with her every step of the process from a quick fast approval to the lady staying late for us to the lady helping my mom download the app and sign up for easy payment to possibly getting refinance, the lady answering all the questions, fast and efficiently. Angie was amazing and would highly recommend her and this branch 10 times over.
