Medi was instrumental in helping us in our dad's final days. When we selected Medi, they recommended facilities to us, facilitated the necessary paperwork getting completed, expedited the delivery of the needed equipment, and helped us to arrange transportation for dad. Ashley, in particular, was so accessible as she helped us navigate all of the details. She came to the hospital to educate us on Medi services, and she was prompt in answering calls and texts. My father entered hospice care in February while in a senior living facility. All of our interactions with Medi have been positive as they've been great in communicating and have been responsive to needs. Perhaps we might have had a different experience if he were at home. But we're grateful for Medi during this incredibly difficult and stressful time.

I had a hip replacement and was fortunate to have Medi Home Health and Hospice provide a PT to come out and help post-operatively. It’s been two weeks and I’m walking without assistance, thanks to Angelo! He is such an asset to your company.
