My time with Serenity has been summarized by one word “Growth”. I had the pleasure of being under their hood for 3 months and the level of respect for the individuals choice has been impeccable as well as eye opening. To mention every staff member that I’ve encountered has such a welcoming spirit from the CEO all the way to the Director of Intakes and everyone in between makes Serenity the place to be. Every training session was Top Tier🏆, every team meeting Productive and honest not leaving you on a cliff hanger like most companies.
