“I had 9 windows installed. They turned out great. My only gripe is I repeatedly asked them if the old wood around the windows would be replaced. I never got a straight answer and I had the impression they would be because I made it known when the salesman was there thats what I wanted. Some of it was rotten. They only replaced a few of the rotten pieces. The rest covered with metal and caulked up. I'll live with it since its not visible and sealed up. The salesman never once got back to me either after the initial consult. I emailed once and the store even said they would have him talk to me around the wood trim before the install. I had to spend a bunch of time cleaning the window sticker gunk off the windows too. Overall they look great and work great so far. The QR code they gave me to leave a review doesn't work. I chose the 4 year financing and it was easy. Now I can see if they save me money this winter since I went from single pane rotting wood windows to their mid tier double pane.”
