I had 9 windows installed. They turned out great. My only gripe is I repeatedly asked them if the old wood around the windows would be replaced. I never got a straight answer and I had the impression they would be because I made it known when the salesman was there thats what I wanted. Some of it was rotten. They only replaced a few of the rotten pieces. The rest covered with metal and caulked up. I'll live with it since its not visible and sealed up. The salesman never once got back to me either after the initial consult. I emailed once and the store even said they would have him talk to me around the wood trim before the install. I had 5 new windows installed in my sunroom and 2 in an upstairs bedroom. From our representative, Brandon to the office staff to the installers lead by Noel, everyone was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Window World of Winchester.
