They’re a little short staffed but I still had a wonderful first experience here! I came in with a prescription and within 5 mins of being there I was already being helped by a friendly staff member. She helped me get the most out of my insurance allowance and set me up with some beautiful frames. I also was able to get my glasses same day in under 30 mins. I have always had to wait weeks before getting my new pair so this was incredible for me. I walked out in my new glasses seeing better than ever. I already plan to come back for prescription sunglasses and will continue to be a returning customer in the future. Thank you Eyemart for a wonderful experience!
This was my first time I’ve purchased glasses from Eyemart Express, let me tell you I had a wonderful experience with Amy, my optical technician. Once I sat down with Amy, it was smooth sailing through the whole journey. I was able to take advantage of their promotion by purchasing glasses with the second pair with my insurance. I love the selection of eyewear they offered at this location. I was able to even take advantage of the same-day service. If you’re in the neighborhood or in the market for a new pair of glasses I highly suggest you visiting Amy at EyeMart Express. You will not be disappointed!😊
Key was amazing and very helpful. She knew how much insurance would cover (as we had not idea) and she walked us through the entire process. She was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the time she took with us.
