SmartRoof's name says it all. It was the SMARTEST decision I ever made to purchase my ROOF from them. The company is up to date with technology, from providing a customer portal with the project information, ACH ability for payments, to providing their employees cell phones for the ability to call, text and email. Had an excellent experience with SmartRoof from start to finish. Eamon Lupien was the rep we worked with and he was terrific assessing the roof, guiding us through the insurance claim process, walking through our options, and answering all questions. He was in touch throughout entire time.

Dominic and his team did a very thorough job with a roof and siding installation. They communicated throughout the process and did a good job cleaning up after everything was complete.
