I've been going to Salon Michel for almost 20 years now! My mom brought me when I was 18 and I've been going ever since. (She is still a customer here as well). Everyone is warm and welcoming and I feel like a family member at this point after going here for so many years:) Michel is meticulous and an absolute professional at cut and color. I always look and feel great after each visit which has recently included other services (waxing and pedicures). Young is who I go to for those--best pedi! I brought my two kids here for back to school cuts. The place immediately struck me as quite outdated. They were a bit pushy and aggressive. They charged me for a full blowout for one kid when she only got it cut and wanted to leave it completely wet. I questioned them on it and they just said it's the same no matter what. I also asked To put Tip on the credit card but she was already running it, so she did a separate transaction for the tip by charging my card and handing me the cash (she decided to not even give me the full amount she charged on the card when I did the math later!!!)
