Most importantly, Jim helped resolve an unexpected mold issue discovered in our kitchen ceiling. This problem was much bigger that we anticipated. Fortunately, Jim was able to expertly and professionally remove the mold, replace sections of two copper pipes with pinhole leaks, repair a compromised roof rafter, and patch up the hole in the ceiling with new drywall and paint.
