We had started a wood installation project for a small strip of flooring that needed it and got to a point where we got stuck because we didn't have all of the tools. I called and within an hour and a half he was there to take a look but what I didn't expect was that he would start the job right away. What a relief! So thankful for some prompt response and for being willing to take on a project that someone else had already started.“
