Quirk Design Build Construction Co
“I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Andy Quirk. He was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough during his structural inspection of a home I'm purchasing.
What impressed me most wasn't just the detailed written report—it was the time he took afterward to walk me through everything over the phone. He explained each concern in plain English, answered every question I had, and helped me understand the difference between issues that looked alarming and those that were actually common for a home of this age.
His report was honest, practical, and never sensationalized the findings. Instead of leaving me with more questions, he gave me confidence in making an informed decision about the home.
If you're buying a house and need a structural engineer who is knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely cares that you understand what he's seeing, I highly recommend Andy Quirk and Quirk Design Build. His expertise and willingness to educate his clients are worth every penny.”
