“I dont even know where to start. Dr. Aguilar is the man! I came in with L4-L5 and L5-S1 herniations. I couldnt even put my hand much more than an inch past my knee while trying to touch my toes. He gave me low impact routines that make me feel better everyday i do them. I can finally touch my toe after years of not being able to. The pain is significantly less. I still have work to do, but it just reminds me i need to stick to his program. The thing i cherish most about the couple months i spent with him is the mental aspect. He worked me up until i was about to be in pain, but never went too far. It gave me CONFIDENCE. Even if i have a flare up i can handle it. I cant thank this man enough for what he gave me. His techniques are unique with the CBD oils, dry needling, adjustments, red light therapy, ultrasound AND THEY WORK! “I have been going to this place for about two years. I've had back pain since I was 13. PsychoDad taught me to just endure it. Until it got to the point where I couldn't just tough it out anymore. The pain had gotten worse and covered my entire back even up to my neck.

These people fixed me up nice and good. The first thing they do is take x-rays and identify areas that cause the pain. Then they work out a plan that involves chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy. They have an exercise room where you perform specific exercises that they give you to strengthen the muscles. They also give you exercises to do at home.

I suffer from ASD and horrific anxiety, and the thought of someone manipulating my spine was terrifying. But the doctor has outstanding social skills and the ability to calm nerves of even the most uptight person like me. The staff is also very friendly. It got to the point where it felt like I was visiting friends when I went there.“
