I write a lot of reviews and rarely highly recommend a service, but I will make an exception for Medical Massage Specialties. I was very unaware of the amounts of knots I have, but Jeff happens to find them ALL....LOL. However, Jeff is awesome with the appropriate amount of firmness needed to relieve knots/tensions in problem areas. I like the focus on one specific problem area but his full body massage is absolutely phenomenal. If you are an athlete or ever find yourself in consistent stressful situations, you owe it to yourself to visit Jeff (or any other specialist)
