Went in for pedicure and was welcomed and helped immediately. Everyone was nice and kind until I was serviced. I felt like she rushed through every part of the service. I wished her a happy mother's day and it was barely returned. At check out, she didn't speak. I wanted to leave a tip because it was okay and I know how this goes.... so I provided a 15% tip. You would think she would at least say thank you. Once I walked outside in the sun, I noticed my pedicure did not look as great as I thought it did inside. Sigh. I tried. My tech was Julie. Go to Tom.Everyone whom was unsatisfied before with a gel mani or a regular or gel pedi, just go to Tom.Make an appointment beforehand or call ahead the day of to make sure he's available. But again, go to Tom.I went again for the first time in two months (it's winter, give me a break), and Tom fixed me right up. And I TIP HIM WELL! Literally a dollar a digit that was worked on (for regular/gel applications-enhancements would be more).So, moral of the story - Go to Tom.*Disclaimer, there are a few other really good techs there, but I am better with faces than names*

I took my mother in law and daughter here for manicures around Easter and was so suprised and impressed at how well they did our nails. The salon was clean, organized and people were very friendly and polite! Reasonably priced too! I highly reccommend!Services: Spa services
